HELLO!

Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is so rewarding. Not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my customers and friends.

For me, helping someone create that perfect project for a special occasion is the best feeling in the entire world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people you love.

JOURNAL

JANUARY 3, 2009

Happy New Year to everyone.  I have been gone from the website for awhile, due to the season.  I had a lovely Christmas, getting ready for Christmas after Thanksgiving was a major undertaking. This year I am making at least one gift per month, tagging it, and putting it away where I won't lose it. I did get my beautiful Christmas banner done.  I did not get the house fully decorated, but that was OK. I had 2 grown children home and we had a lot of fun baking, making presents, and wrapping packages. I was sorry to see them go, but life moves on.
This year, I hope to get several groups together. I plan on working harder to pass on some really good ideas and projects. Watch the calender for new events. I will try and learn how to send out e-messages as well from this site.
Happy Birthday to all January birthdays. I forgot December birthdays, so I hope you all had good birthdays as well. My daughter Amy's birthday was the 27th of December, Kristi's birthday was the 29th and my son, Andrew's birthday was the 1st of January.
The New Year started out cold, but we have not had snow since the 9th of December. My showcase photo is from that snow. Isn't  Fishers Peak gorgeous? Look for more beautiful pictures throughout this month.

Thanks again to my friends, for all you do. Thanks to Brenda, Christina, and Natalie for our card swap! Get well wishes are in order for Natalie as she has surgery this next week. I hope she is feeling better soon, she has had a rough fall and winter. Keep stamping, you do not know what you are missing until you put away the stamps! I am looking forward to the new catalog and Sale-A-Bration. Again may you have a blessed 2009.
