Dear friends,

I LOVE being a demonstrator! The look of pride on someone’s face when they "get" what I’ve shared with them is incredibly gratifying! My ’daytime’ job is to raise our three boys which can have it's ups and downs but, being a SU demonstrator means I get to work (a.k.a. play) with friends...like you.  We inspire each other while we have a blast at workshops & other stamping events! One of my dear friends/customers called my workshops..."Kindergarten with wine." (Thanks, Lynne!) We may not open the wine every time but, the stamping always brings out the childlike joy, creativity & sense of accomplishment in all of us.

I learned a big lesson with the arrival of my third darling son...no one’s going to ever give you more time! So, you’ve got to carve some out for yourself! It’s not always easy but, always worth it because you recharge your batteries for everything else while concentrating on a creative project. I love helping you explore your interest & it totally recharges my creative batteries, too. Whatever time you can fit in to create will be priceless & cherished by both you & the project’s recipient. When you give a handmade, gift from the heart you're giving much more than something they can buy for themselves. You're giving your precious time & love in the form of a handmade gift/card. And you get to have tons of fun making it for them!

My first journal entry...scary!! I always forget this part has been added to the site because it's just below where my screen cuts off.
