Happy Bird-day Card
Here is another card the ladies made at my Birthday Card Class. They could pick which layout they wanted. This card uses the Pun Fun stamp set, the Polka Dot Background stamp, and lots of punches (scallop square, 1-1/4" square, scallop oval, large oval)
