I started stamping when my older daughter was 18 months, thought I'd make her birthday invitations that year. I have made waaay more than that at this point! I became a Stampin Up demonstrator in March that year, got my first recruit in August. It is now over 5 years later, I now have a team of demonstrators in 3 states, a new daughter and a new business making cards and invitations for others!
