I have a wonderful group of ladies who meet once a month to learn new techniques and create a two-page 12 x 12 layout.  They each commit to ordering at least $25 each month, and in return, they get the supplies to make their layout, and they each get a turn to be the "hostess" and get the free hostess products from the order!
