My Story

I started crafting when I was a child - but it wasn't called crafting then, just having fun! Sewing, knitting, making paper people, pottery, cards for friends, cake making, chocolate making, home made candles, making my own earings with my friend Nicky after we discovered the bead shop in Covent Garden; I've pretty much crafted all my life.

Now I do it to relax from my busy worklife and to bring enjoyment to me & others - more than anything else I believe crafting should be FUN!

In addition to helping others make their own cards or projects I sell the cards / projects I make for Breast Cancer Campaign in memory of my sister - all profits from my card sales go to my charity and I do some charity events where a % of all Stampin' Up! product sales is dontated too.

A lot of people ask why "Queen" Pip - well it's a nickname given to me by a friend - I was helping out with my local dog training group, but I'd hurt my back, so I was sitting in a chair taking down the register & collecting payments, the comment was made "you look like royalty taking dues" - and when the following week I arrived (again with a bad back & so on registration duty again) my friend had made me a paper crown I had to wear! Everyone thought it was very amusing & the nickname stuck - which is why my logo is a crown & 2 doggie paws! My friend of course now expects "royalities" of her own!
Speaking of Royalty - since my nickname is Queen Pip, anyone in my team becomes a member of the Royal Family and is given a Crown to wear with pride!
