Instructions
1) Apply large flower, heart, and "Friend" Rub-Ons to mug using wooden stick included in Rub-Ons assortment
2) To create treat tag, ink greeting using Old Olive and Real Red Stampin' Write markers, and stamp image on Whisper White card stock. Layer Whisper White card stock on Bashful Blue textured card stock.
3) Set silver eyelet in top of tag using Crafters' Tool Kit. Tie to treat using Chocolate Chip wide grosgrain ribbon and crochet thread. Tuck treat inside mug.
