ABOUT ME:I discovered Stampin’ Up! almost 4 years ago, when I was invited to a workshop at the home of my husband Bob’s cousin. I had no idea what to expect, but I was excited to have a chance to get out of the house for a few hours to hang out with other ADULT women! (At the time I was a stay-at-home mom to my 2 year-old-triplet girls.) Well, as my now-upline, Kelly walked us through some of Stampin’ Up!’s products, I was hooked! My wishlist was a page long, and I knew that my $40 budget for the afternoon was going to be thrown out the window (sorry Bob!). Once my products arrived, and I had a chance to look through the Idea Book and Catalogue about 4000 times, I knew that becoming a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator was something that I really wanted to do.Now almost 4 years later, Emma, Kate, and Kylie are in Grade 1(where does the time go???), Bob is a partner in a successful company, I work part-time, and I am even more excited about my Stampin’ Up! business and all the fabulous projects I can complete using Stampin’ Up!’s products. When it comes to paper-crafting, scrapbooking is probably my first passion, but I love designing cards for any occasion, playing with different colour combinations and new products, and I thrive on the inspiration I get from others at my various classes.

Well, I am just starting to get down from my Convention "high" and starting to absorb all of the information that I was saturated with in Salt Lake City. Lots of exciting things happening with Stampin' Up!- I don't have time to tell you all about them here, but keep checking my site for updates. I will spill the beans on one very exciting new partnership that Shelli, Stampin' Up!'s co-founder and CEO, announced last week- Stampin' Up! will be carrying the Sizzix Big Shot die cut machine, and will have all kinds of exclusive Stampin' Up! dies available to go with it- I can't wait to get my hands on that one!!! Eileen, you planted the seed... : )
My box of new catalogues should be arriving any day now, so call or email me if you would like to reserve your copy! Of course, if you are a member of one of my Stampers Clubs, you will automatically receive your own copy.
Talk to you soon!

After all the excitement of returning home from Disneyland, and then some computer "issues", I have FINALLY been able to make some changes to my website! The family photo that I have posted was taken in front of the stick bug from "A Bug’s Land" in Disneyland - check out the size of the bamboo behind us!!! This inspired us (well, I guess I should say, Bob!) to start ripping out the overgrown cedars around our back yard, which we are planning to replace with bamboo! I am not sure that it will grow to the same girth that is does in California, but I think it will be a nice change!
In between yard work, I am planning some fun stamping projects for the summer, starting with the fun and quick mini album for Father’s Day. Stampin’ Up!’s current "Escape" promotion, (along with my aforementioned computer problems!), have inspired me to set aside some time just for stamping or working on creative projects. Let me know if you are feeling the same way, and we can find a date in the summer to get together with your friends, or even your kids, and do some stamping!

WOW!!! I am so excited to finally make into the electronic world! I have been talking about setting up a web site for myself, and who knew it would be this easy with Stampin’ Up!’s Demonstrator Business Web Site! Well, I still have a lot to learn and discover, so please be paitent with me! I will continue to add project ideas, class ideas, and photos to this site as I get used to the administration side of things.
The other thing I am so excited about is that tomorrow is the first day of SALE-a- BRATION (previously known as Sell-a-Bration), and my favorite of all Stampin’ Up!’s promotions! Check out the details on the Promotions section of my web site. Please let me know ASAP if you are interesting in hosting a workshop or class during this time, as my calendar is filling up!
