Happy Bird-day!

Have you had a chance to play with chipboard yet?  This fun little birdie comes from the So Tweet collection of chipboard available in the new Spring/Summer Idea Book and Catalog.  I covered him with a tiny blue leaf print from the Pink Flamingo DSP and then sanded the edges.  I used the distressing tool from the cutter kit to fluff and distress the YoYo Yellow edge of cardstock.  These colors remind me of new friend, Tracy.  She loves these colors so I want to dedicate this card to her!

Stamps: Pun Fun
Papers: Pink Passion, Only Orange, YoYo Yellow, Pink Flamingo DSP
Inks: Basic Black
Accessories: So Tweet Chipboard, Distressing Tool, Sanding Tool, Tombow Multipurpose Adhesive, Basic Black Marker

Card size is 4.25" x 5.5".

Easy and fun things that you can add to your card making for fun effects:

- Use the same layout and change the focal image.
- Add chipboard to add dimension.
- Some stamp sets have words attached to images...you don't need to add the image...just use the words.

Birthday cards are something you will always need to have on hand!  Need to make some fast?  Look at my February calendar for my upcoming Birthday Stamp-a-Stack classes!
