In 2003 I was introduced to the wonderful world of Stampin' Up! Talk about an eye opener for me. Prior to attending my first workshop I had never had much success using a rubber stamp. Usually after stamping a random image on a card or letter I'd wish that I would have left it off. Then one of my best friends invited me to a workshop demonstrated by April Lopez, (who later became my upline - or recruiter for those unfamiliar with the term.) I watched images from a rubber stamp come to life and everything looked so beautiful. I was still skeptical though and didn't think I could make anything look that good. After creating my very first Make-N-Take though I changed my mind and yes, I was hooked!
Fast forward to 2005 after having hosted many workshops myself and sharing stamping dates with my friends my dear mom suggested that I become a demonstrator myself. I already had a full time business as the Licensed Massage Therapist of A Soothing Touch Massage. If someone would have told me that Mom would have been suggested a second business I would have said they were crazy. But she certainly did and I'm glad to say I paid attention! Mom went on to her Eternal home in 2008, but not before I had the opportunity to create lots of great memories stamping and creating lots of wonderful cards and gifts with her.
I would love to share that same joy with you. There is so much that can be done with rubber stamps, ink, dies, punches, glitter and glitz - more than just making cards and scrapbook pages. You too, can learn how to make gifts, the boxes to put them in, decorations for your house, and so much more. Call or email me today and let's talk.
