Hello Again!Perhaps you’ve seen a little blue Hyundai drive through town with Stampin’ Up!® stickers in the side windows and A Soothing Touch massage therapy on the back window – if so, now you know why my name might just ring a bell! The question you might ask yourself though is how did I go from massage therapist to stamp demonstrator? It actually started with my desire to custom make greeting cards for my massage clients that would ring true to who I am! What better way than using the wonderful images and phrases found with Stampin’ Up!Up until 2003 using a rubber stamp was restricted to just one little blob in the middle of a page. Nothing ever looked quite right and it certainly never looked like the image on the stamp block. Then with some training at the first Stampin’ Up! workshop that I attended stamps suddenly came to life. After discovering what a difference it makes to have cardstock that is ultra smooth and stamps with sharp images, I was hooked. A couple of years later while sharing my enthusiasm for stamping with friends I was encouraged to become a demonstrator. As my dear mom told me – “you’re already demonstrating each time you invite your friends over!” Well, of course, she was absolutely right. So now I enjoy sharing my love of stamping, scrapbooking (never thought I’d say that one) and creating gifts like never before. July 2005 was just the beginning – it gets better every day! I would love to share this fun with you. There are so many wonderful things you can do with rubber stamps, cardstock, buttons, ribbons, glitter and so much more. I’m sure you’ve carried photos in your purse; how about on your purse instead? Do you love giving gifts like scented candles; how about stamping a unique image on the candle you give? Next time you’re decorating around your home how would you give your walls a unique, new look? All this can be easily done with Stampin’ Up! Just ask me how!

YIPPEE!!! If I've talked to you at all you've heard about the remodel going on here. You've also heard about the Stamp Room that we've been so diligently working on finishing. Well, I am proud to say that except for a few minor details the room is COMPLETE!!! Sunday the 26th is the first day an event is schedule with my own N*E*W*S Ladies. Yes - pictures will be posted, here and at my Yahoo group site http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jonikellystamps/ - just join the group and look in my photos folder labeled 2008 Remodel.
To celebrate all this hard work, I am offering a special that is good through the end of this month. If you haven’t already seen the new catalog I must highly recommend it. This is the best catalog ever put out by Stampin’ Up! (At least that is my humble opinion!) The home page of my site shows one of my favorite new stamp sets Inspired by Nature and let me tell you - it’s just so fun to use! After attending my first convention I’ve learned a lot more wonderful ideas that I want to share with you. Give me a call and let’s pick a date for your next workshop!

For all you who know us, we just want to thank you for the wonderful support you’ve all given during the last 4 months. The day after my last post is also the day my dear Mom went home to be with Jesus! It’s obvious how we just never realize the fleeting nature of life until it is thrown in our face! The way each and every friend and fellow stamper stepped forward to help, send cards, bring food, funds, encouragement - we just will never be able to thank you all enough! Natalie and I appreciate each and every one of you and thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!
