Create fast and easy holiday gifts...which can actually be used after the holidays!  Learn how to stamp on absorbent tiles to create "thirsty" drink coasters.  You decide how many you want to make and personalize the style for each recipient.   Contact Scott AFB Arts and Crafts Center at 256-3868 for pricing and class availability.

It's November already and you haven't started your Christmas cards yet? Don't panic...it's NEVER TOO LATE! Join me for this class and make some quick and easy but beautiful holiday cards which you CAN finish in time for Christmas!   The class won't take 4 hours, probably only 90 minutes or so but you can arrive at your convenience anytime between noon and 4 PM to finish up by 6 PM.

We'll make 8 cards total (2 each of 4 designs) which includes envelopes. Cost of class is $15, Prepayment required to hold your reservation.   See my favorite project samples in my gallery for a sneak peek of some of the cards featured.  Anyone who completes registration by Nov 8th will get to make a "bonus card".

Why pay outrageous prices for greetings cards when you can make your own for less and have fun doing it? At the library, I teach classes only, no ordering involved and the charge of $5 covers your supply fee. Please bring adhesive of your choice as none is provided in the supply cost.

Call the library at (618) 632-3783 to schedule and bring $5 to pay at the door, correct change appreciated. Class runs from 12 to 3 PM however it generally only takes 30 to 45 minutes to complete the projects. Samples of upcoming classes on display at the library.
