This is a "Techniques" Class where we will create 3 Cards and 3 Instruction/Supply Cards to go with the 3 Techniques that will be focused on. This month's techniques are "Spotlighting", "Faux Silk" and "Bleached out Images" They are all wonderful techniques that create beautiful projects. Class fee is $20.00.
