My Hand Stamped Style Blog (visit www.handstampedstyle..com) is dedicated to sharing everything I know and continue to learn about the craft of rubber stamping and card making. I thoroughly enjoy giving and receiving advice from my many virtual stamping "friends."

Being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator is so rewarding. Not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my on-line customers and friends.
MY BACKGROUND: After owning my own Staffing Agency for over 5 years, in 2008 I took a leap of faith and sold it to pursue my dream of doing what I LOVE and what I am passionate about, which is being creative. I decided that I would make Stampin' Up! my Full-Time focus and have never regretted a single second.

In 2006 I was invited to a card class by my cousin, who lived near me at the time, and having never heard of rubber stamping I went along to prevent her from being alone. After the second class I knew this was something I could sink my teeth into! During my days of running my Agency I would often spin my chair around from my desk and make an endless amount of cards and 3-D items. In 2007 I attended my first Convention and that is what made me decide that Stampin' Up! is where I wanted to make my living and spend my days. I am not only in love with the creative things I can do with the product, but the people I meet both in my classes and at Stampin' Up! Events are relationships that I will cherish always.

BIO: I have been married to my husband Merced since 1993. We have 2 beautiful children, my son Merced Jr., who takes after his Mom and loves anything creative especially Origami, and my daughter Marlowe, who is also taking one of her Mother’s traits and running with it as an aspiring dancer and.

INTERESTS: Aside from my love affair with Stampin’ Up! and all things paper crafts, I really enjoy taking part in the craft fairs that this hobby affords me to be a part of. I do several thought the year. I love to exercise and my favorite kind of exercise is Zumba (a Latin dance cardio class) and Cardio Groove which is exactly how it sounds, you sweat like crazy as you dance you rear off. To relax and strengthen my muscles I really enjoy Yoga, plus it really helps with the flexibility I need for dancing.
