Dust the watercolour card stock with the anti-static bag and stamp the sentiment in the middle with versamark ink, cover in white embossing powder and heat set.
Dab a little of the cherry cobbler ink on a craft mat or palette. You can use your clear Wink of Stella pen as a blender pen or lay some down next to the ink on the palette and use your aqua-painters to blend the two inks together.
Scribble the blended inks over the sentiment, colouring in a large area around the sentiment in a rough and random manner. Add more ink to some areas to create dark and light areas, experiment with looks you like.
Use the splatter stamp from the Timeless Textures stamp set to add some random splats on the cardstock. Pick up the blended ink from the palette so that splats have the same sparkle as the main background.
Using the cloud heart stamp from the Sky is the Limit stamp set, stamp with the Cherry Cobbler ink pad. Stamp off once before stamping on the bottom left-hand-side of the main background.
Once the ink has dried, use a dry cloth or paper towel and gently wipe over the sentiment to clear the ink off the words, and they will appear in contrast more.
Layer onto the Cherry Cobble cards stock and whisper white card blank (tent fold).
