Method

Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) to 6x6 inches square.

Score at 2 inches and 4 inches both horizontally and vertically to create a 9 square grid.

Score diagonally the outside corner squares only

Decide which side of the DSP will be on the outside of the basket.

With the outside of the basket face down on your table, valley-fold all the horizontal and vertical scores.  Do not fold the 4 diagonal scored squares.

Turn the paper over, so the inside of the basket is face down on the table.  Valley-fold the diagonal scores.

Turn the paper back over and squeeze the corners together and gather at the centre to create a basket.

Pinching each corner together, punch a hole with ¼ inch hole punch. Be careful to ensure that the punch isn’t too close to the edge and try and ensure they line up.

Using the Cottage Greetings stamp set, stamp a greeting on to Whisper White with Totally Taupe ink pad.  Cut the card down to create and banner.

Using the Pictogram Punches Bundle, stamp the heart with Mint Macaron ink pad and punch out with the corresponding mini punch.

Using a piercing tool (or pokey tool), careful poke a small hole through the corner of the heart and the greeting.

Tie the corners of the basket together in the centre using Linen Thread.  Either tie two corners at a time or thread them all together and tie in the centre.  Once the corners are tied securely add the heart and greeting on to the thread and tie a small bow to ensure they stay on.
