My Story

Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is so rewarding. Not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my customers and friends.

For me, helping someone create that perfect project for a special occasion is the best feeling in the entire world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people you love.

I became a Stampin' Up! demonstrator in October, 2002, because I was looking for a creative hobby.  I already enjoyed sewing and needlework, then tried rubber stamping and fell instantly in love.  Not only did stamping fulfill my desire to create beautiful greeting cards and scrapbook pages, but it served as instant therapy after a day of working at a high-stress job.

I am now retired, and have developed my love of rubber stamping into a business that I love.  I can set my own working hours and run my business "My Way".  I offer classes in my studio, Stamping In The Woods, as well as stamping parties in my customers' homes.  I get to enjoy a discount on Stampin' Up! products, and have the option to attend exclusive Stampin' Up! events that are held throughout the year.  I am also privileged to have other demonstrators in my "downline".  Best of all, I have developed amazing friendships with my customers and other Stampin' Up! demonstrators.  I am truly blessed to have a "job" that I love.
