Do you believe in love at first sight? Well, I do! My best friend at work had joined SU! as a demonstrator and after a couple of years I was able to attend one of her workshops. I was 10 minutes into the first workshop and I was smitten. Not only did I fall in love the the product, but I was so impressed with the integrity of the company and the open sharing of ideas, and most of all, the people! The relationships that I have with my stampin' friends are so precious to me.
After I retired from the workplace I spent a year adjusting to my new life, and much of that year was spent in my stampin' and scrappin' room. With much encouragement from my demo friend, I decided to sign up as a demonstrator so that I could share the wonderful products with my friends, but again, most of all, to encourage creativity and beauty in their daily lives. I think Stampin' Up!'s Mission Statement says it all:
