The background was made using the Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder found in the Holiday Mini and run through the Big Shot.   We stamped the snowflakes first in chocolate chip and set it aside to dry while we worked on another part of the card.  Then we stamped them again in Versamark and embossed with Vanilla embossing powder.  I wish the shimmer on this card showed up in the scan. It just sparkles. It was applied with a sponge. We added the ribbon using a reef knot (left over right and wrap around, right in front of left and wrap around), and the greeting.
