This beautiful card was featured in this month's Stampin' Success, the magazine for demonstrators and is by Patricia Giesbrecht.  Unfortunately, the Elegant Eggplant flower is showing up more black than purple.  
So hard to get colours exact.

My version features the following:

Stamps:  Baroque Motiffs
Cardstock:  Very Vanilla, Whisper white, Kiwi Kiss, Elegant Egglant, Lovely Lilac
Ink:  Very Vanilla, Elegant Eggplant

Other:  I used the Birds and Blooms sizzlets set to make the flowers and the leaves, the Bird w/Leaves and Flowers Bigz Die to make the swirls and Rhinestone Brads for the flower centres.  I curled up the edges of the flowers with my bone folder.  I ran the Whisper White cardstock through the Top Note Die and then embossed it with the Texturz plates.  A lot of work but worth it for such a beautiful card.
