stamps:  Bird on a Branch

Paper:  Basic Black, Whisper White, Rose Red

Ink:  Basic Black, Rose Red, Hunter Green

Other:  Sticky Strip (page 191), Two Way glue pen, Cosmo Glitter

I think this was my favorite card from the Glitter class.  We stamped the branch and greeting in black, bird in rose red and blossoms in hunter green.  Then the sticky strip was applied to the left side of the white cardstock.  We applied tape to the back of the white piece, removed the pink layer from the sticky strip and mounted the white layer on the rose red cardstock which had already been mounted on the black card.  Then we applied 2 way Glue to the bird and sprinkled the red glitter on the sticky strip and the bird.  The glitter was pressed in and re-applied if necessary.  Excess was brushed off with a stipple brush.  Then we dabbed 2 way glue on the blossoms and applied the green glitter, pressing it in as well, and brushing off the excess.
