I was always one for being crafty. . .
Perhaps it all started with fingerpainting, which led to pressing leaves, macaroni necklaces and, yes, embarassingly enough, tie-dying the occasional t-shirt!
As my crafting became more developed it was an art in creativity that I found through writing poetry and short stories. Then I found beading and jewelry making. Knitting was a total flop. It seems I don't like to follow a pattern! And if you want a scarf that resembles a scarf, you can't do it "your own way." I was hooked on "Ace of Cakes" for a while, so naturally trying my hand at cake decorating came next. I always found my freedom of expression and beauty in time spent being a photographer. Years and years of finding my niche and honing my craft.
11 years ago, I found scrapbooking and rubberstamping. And was I ever hooked!
Since joining the Stampin' Up! family, I have met so many new people and have made the most wonderful friendships as a result. I took a great leap and the ending result thus far has been so immensely rewarding.
Thanks for checking out my website! I really hope to hear from YOU and learn about your passions.
