Creating beautifully hand stamped items one piece of paper at a time...
My interests in card making began when a friend of mine invited me to a “Stamp-a-Stack”. As a first time stamper, starting off with a stamp-a-stack wasn't exactly the easiest start but a great beginning. Since then I have never looked at a rubber stamp in the same way.
I began making holiday and birthday cards and gift packs of greeting cards, soon after, my affiliation with Stampin' Up began. As if I needed another excuse, becoming a Stampin' Up Demonstrator allowed me to have more socials at my house.
When my Husband and I set August 2007 for our wedding, I immediately began looking for ways to cut costs. I looked at various wedding invitation vendors and thought about trying to make some of our own. After some trial and error, I managed to hand stamp 170+ invitations and save money in the process. At our reception, people were asking me for the name of the company that made my wedding invitations. The compliments I received really gave me the confidence to do invitations for others. I began to hand stamp invitations in early 2008 and have earned a reputation of affordable quality invitations. Since then my hobby has gained momentum and here I am today. With a little luck and word of mouth, my hobby has truly become a labor of love.
As a Stampin' Up Demonstrator, my customers can rely on me to offer them a quality product that will lead to a fun creation every time. My workshops are not only workshops, but my participants are treated to a mini get-away to chat, share ideas, yummy snacks (sometimes even an entire meal, I can get a little carried away with food) and making new friends.
