My Story

Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is so rewarding. Not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my customers and friends.

For me, helping someone create that perfect project for a special occasion is the best feeling in the entire world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people you love.

I've basically been a crafty person my whole life.  While I had to work for a living, I usually found a "job" that included something creative.  My school training was secretarial skills; but I found that sitting in an office all day was not for me.  So I put myself through cosmetology school and opened several salons.  After some back injuries stopped that, I found real estate and loved it.  I just retired from over 32 years of selling homes in both the Atlanta, GA, and Harrisburg, PA, areas.   During all of these years, I was always creating.  My biggest love, next to stamping, was being a watercolor artist.  I'd use this passion to increase my real estate sales by giving a personalized house portrait (watercolor) to all my buyers.

Now that my real estate career has ended, I've devoted my free time to building my Stampin' Up! business.   This affords me the opportunity to continue "giving".  I love sharing what I've learned in card making and paper crafting over the last 10 years with my new stamping friends and customers.   I would welcome the opportunity to have you as a customer/stamping buddy too!!!
