Golden Season

How would you like to add some gold to that gold? Yep, this card piles it on. We embossed the Brushed Gold Cardstock (a hidden gem in the Catalog...gorgeous but not showy like the Gold Foil paper or the Gold Glimmer Paper), then embossed a gold leaf as the focal image. So pretty....I wish Fall lasted longer.

Color Me Autumn

What a fall cards class without some kind of pumpkin? We punched ours using a simple oval punch.  Aren't you proud of me for that wild and crazy angle of the Color Me Autumn designer paper? Yep, that's just how I do. I heard a few comments from the stamp ladies of how they liked the idea of just unravelling some bakers twine for the stem/vines.  But honestly, the whole reason for this card is just to show off the adorable wooden leaf from the Holiday Mini....love!

Bring on the Harvest

I pulled out a beautiful stamp set from last year, Truly Grateful for this card. I think this card is so pretty since it's all natural colors at heart but then BAM, 3 bright colors pop out at you from the center. And everything old is new again....the notebook paper look is back thanks so our Spiral Border punch.

Hello

Who says you can't stamp flowers in the Fall?  pffffffttttt  Check out this card stamped with the wildly fun Flower Fest stamp set in gorgeous fall colors. Many of the stamp ladies were looking for the designer paper to use on this card and were quite surprised when I told them they were stamping it themselves. It's a great use of Whisper White on this card to make it as crisp as an early Fall morning.

As Bright As a Feather

The old saying "as light as a feather" didn't seem to fit this colorful card made with one of my fav stamp sets from the Holiday Mini. I've been waiting for a great feather stamp and SU didn't disappoint...and even threw in the matching dies for me!! I love those guys. We made these feathers in fall colors but you bet your booties I'll be pulling this great combo out in the Spring too with some of our Subtles colors.

Bling

This card just pops off the page with it's neutral color palatte and Gold and Glittery accents. I keep calling that designer paper pack "Back in Black" instead of Back to Black....I guess some of my inner rock star coming out there. Again we stamped no sentiment on the card so it could be pulled out at a moment's notice for our next card emergency.

Blendabilities part 2

So we tried the blendabilities markers again in class on a smaller image. Truthfully, I think the loveliness of those blending shades are featured better on a larger image with more space to play in. But the cake below still came out cute and festive. I was pretty proud of myself for cutting that Naturals White layer a bit smaller and hanging it askew. I am usually a pretty neat-and-straight lines kind of stamper.

Ridiculously Amazing

I think I might just make this stamp my daily motto! Don't you want to feel that everyday to be ridiculously amazing? That's a lot of looking at things with the right perspective there, isn't it. I have a quote posted by my desk that says 'What makes each day so sweet is that it will never come again."

We stamped this card very neutrally.....male/female, birthday/anyday, it will serve as a card to be pulled out of our stash for whatever purpose is needed.

And I love the pop of Coastal Cabana to brighten things up, don't you?

A Stash of Cuteness

Nuts About You was on my buy-list from day 1 of the new catalog. It's a hostess set and well worth hostessing a workshop for. It's a party in a stamp box with all the cute animals to stamp standing around, hanging from, or sitting on that tree. Great move Stampin' Up!, giving us 2 squirrels to face each other, having a convo about their nuts. Too cute!
