The Wonder of Classes

Always wondering what to do with the rolls of washi tape that you have bought, because they do look sooo pretty.  Well folks coming to my class on Friday will get a few ideas with what to do them, just in time for Christmas crafting.

Classes or workshops are a really great way to meet people and to learn new things to do with the items you already have in your crafty stash – as well as a few ideas for things that go on that endless wish list.  I always love hosting them and seeing my guests achieve things that they didn’t think they could before.  Washi wonder may not be technically challenging, but you can get a bit stuck for ideas with things that look so simple to use.

I went to a class recently, were I met some lovely ladies and we created some autumn cards using the pillow box die to hold them and the ‘Into the woods’ designer paper.  We all had a great time and gave me lots of ideas for my future classes.

We all get a little stuck or find we doing the same old things with our crafting, coming to a class can give you a breath of fresh air and the confidence to try new things.

However, if a class is still a little too daunting, then maybe the fortnightly craft club will be more up your street.  Come and find out what it is all about this Thursday (24th September, 7.30-9.00pm at Birch Hill Community).

Don’t forget the weekly deals on Wednesday. Also check out the new and up-dated clearance rack
