« Mind Funk!   Main   Texture Paste »

There is a lovely group on Facebook called Random Acts of Kindness.  This group organises monthly events where you can send cards to people and recieve cards back (not necessarily from the people you sent to).  It's a bit of sunshine posted through your door, particularly if all you get are bills and reminders.

Here are the first two cards I recieved, from Abigail and Kim (although I forgot to make a note of their surnames!).  Beautiful - thank you ladies.  Kim's card uses the Daisy Punch, which has been so popular that Stampin' Up will not be taking any orders for it after the 13th June until they get further stock in.

Here are a few of the cards I will be sending out.  This uses the 'smooshing' technique to create the background and the new texture paste (my apologies, the wooden elements and sequins are retired).  I do love the new texture paste and it will be the focus of my next Technique class on the 14th and 18th July.

I had a busy week last week with my regular Technique Workshop - introducing the new 2017-19 in colours and the re-scheduled Eastern Palace Workshop.  Thank you to everyone who came.  Here is one of the cards we created.

Thats it for now, have a good week!
