Birch Hill Easter Fair

Birch Hill Community Centre had their Easter Fair this weekend, which was a real pleasure to be a part of.  Organised by the local councillors to raise funds for Home Start in Bracknell Forest.
Home-Start in Bracknell Forest offers free, confidential support, friendship and practical help to parents in Binfield, Bracknell Town, Crowthorne, North Ascot, Sandhurst, Warfield and Winkfield through a team of experienced volunteers.
It was an enjoyable afternoon, meeting new people and fellow crafters.  The children enjoyed making their fingerprint card – whether the parents were so keen with their inky children is debatable!
I hope in the future to attend more fairs like this as it is a great way to meet potential crafters (even if they don’t know they are crafter yet!) and introduce people to Stampin’ Up and how easy they make crafting.  A lot of the objections I heard was ‘I’m not artistic!’.  Well, breaking news – nor am I.  This is why I enjoy the stamps and the colour co-ordination Stampin’ Up produce.
