Australia's Biggest Morning Tea Event

We had a very successful Australia's Biggest Morning Tea and raised $518 for cancer research. Raffle prizes were donated by me, Riverside Dental Nerang, Studio X Phys and Stampin' Up!  I gave packs of cards I'd made for the door prizes and most people made a card.

Valentines Day

I regularly attend a card-making workshop for demonstrators, which are a great way to develope card-making skills. Each month the team meeting I attend has a challenge. I won the Valentines Day card challenge with this card, that is quite easy to make. I held two workshops and the participants all made one.
For this card you need to use the Gold foil card. Cut a heart shape, Emboss it using the Garage Gears Tinlits Dies then run the Stazon ink pad over the embossed part, then rub with a tissue so some of the silver foil beneath the gold shows through. I cased the basic idea from Francine Martin.

I was amazed to learn that in the first month this Christmas Card I made received 10.8 thousand views on Pinterest.

Onstage November 2018 Brisbane

One of the things I love about being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, is making new friends, stamping together and learning new skills. Each year Stampin' Up! hold conferences where we get to see new products demonstrated, make cards, see demonstrations and samples and receive prizes. The company is very generous and each time, I've come with more free product than the registration cost. When I first arrived, I answered a question correctly and won a spot prize - a set of 10 pillow boxes, which I'll use in an upcoming workshop as an extra free activity. Freely I recieved, so freely I will give (a Biblical concept).

Charity Afternoon Tea

This charity event is always great fun and you get to take home a stamp set you can use to make Christmas cards, like the ones you will make on the day. Let me know ASAP if you can come.

Book Launch Thank You Bag Goodies

Stampin' Up!® products are so versatile. I've used them to make the thankyou bag goodies for the book launch of my novel, "Find The Ancient Path." I've used retired Grey Satin Ribbon, A4 Cardstock, Stampin' Up! stamps, Ink, Cellophane Bags, Versa Mark and Embossing Buddy, dies, the trimmer, Big Shot, Big Shot Die Brush and punches ... I think that's everything I used ... oh, and Multipurpose Liquid Glue of course!
