Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampers Anonymous blog tour! Tonight we are delighted to show you projects using products that were available to us in our demo sneak peek from the 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalogue.

You may have just come from Meighan Wheller's blog, but if you are starting here, don’t worry … you can make the complete tour just by following the links at the end of each post. There are 14 stops along the way and we hope you will visit each one to see the wonderful creations we have to show you! Please feel free to leave some comments along the way.

At the end of each post there will be a link to take you to the next stop on the tour.

For this Blog Hop I have used some masculine stamps that I was very fortunate to have picked up in Canada last time I was home visiting family (and before I was a demonstrator.)  I'm drawn to ocean/sea stamps.

Ingredients

Stamp sets NEW! Beware Pirates & Medallion (returning)
Paper- Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, Basic Black & Pacific Point
Accessories- Clear Embossing Powder, 1 3/4 punch, Pewter Brads, Cutter Kit, Sponges, Heat Gun, Poweder Pals
Ink -Pacific Point, Chocolate Chip, Versamark

The Medallion looks a tad girly, but I was hoping to emulate the ornate Compass Rose you see on so many old Maps.

My second card which I have posted here before uses the NEW "Extreme Surfer" stamp

New Beginnings!

What a fun time to be joining up the Stampin' Up Family!  My official start date was the 28th of July, 2010 but my real start date was a couple of years ago at a friends home workshop.  You see, I needed another crafty hobby like I needed a hole in my head.  I resisted for the last 3 years, but once the idea of joining up as a demonstrator and sharing my crafty and arty pursuits with others with quick, tangible results (unlike quilting) had been planted in my head, it wouldn't leave no matter how little encouragement it recieved.  So here I am!!

At the moment there are two great things happening at Stampin' Up, which if you follow the Stampin' up lines at all, you have probably heard of.  The first is the Last Chance List, This month of August is the last opportunity for customers to purchase the items on the list, some of which have been reduced up to 50%!  Items on the Last Chance List, are only available while supplies last.  A Quick Link to Current Catalogue to see the stamps and accessories listed on the the Last Chance List!

The Autumn/Winter Mini Catalogue is also finishing at the end of August.

If there's anything you would like to order from the Mini or the Last Chance List, contact me with your order today!  If you would like to earn free hostess benefits, why not contact me and schedule a workshop?

The second fabulous event is the new annual catalogue launch which starts on the 1st of September!  The Demonstrators have been getting some sneak peeks of the new stamps and accessories in the catalogue, and there are some gorgeous ones.

Yesterday I had some fun creating/casing these two cards

Stamps: Pun Fun

Paper: Garden Green, Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango, White Whisper

Inks: Basic Black, Garden Green, More Mustard, Pacific Point, Pink Pirouette, Tangerine Tango

Accessories: Blender Pens, Snail, Stampin' Pastels, Stampin' Dimensionals, Stamp-a-ma-jig

Love this card!  Cased from the Canadian 2009-2010 Catalogue, Page 80.  I picked up this set the last time I was over home.   Some minor variations due to not having the accent stamps used in the original.
