Day 17

This little fells was made possible by my lovely team member Vickie. At our recent team day we had the opportunity to mingle and use some stamp sets that we don't own yourselves (yet!). This guy was made using the Playful Pals Stamp set and Thinlits Bundle. All you need to create an endless number of animal friends is contained in these sets. It's actually a box that you can open and put goodies inside.

One week to go,
See you tomorrow,
Rachel

Day 15

This card uses the In The Meadow set from the new Occasions Catalogue. I hand coloured the stamp using my Stampin' Write Markers and stamped the trees in Perfect Plum on the background.

Day 5

No new goodies arrived today, but I made sure that my desk was ready for action as soon as it arrives.

My stamping creation for today is the pile of tags I made from the Perfect Pines set for my own use and also as gifts for teachers etc.

Busy day tomorrow with my last class for this year, but I'll be back at some stage,

Happy Stampin,
Rachel

Art With Heart Holiday Catalogue Blog Hop

Today some of the Art with Heart Stampin' Up! team girls are sharing some fun and fabulous ideas to inspire you from our brand new Holiday Catalogue available now until 4th January 2016.

The stamp set I have chosen is called Christmas Cuties, and rightly so. These guys are so cute!

The first set of cards uses the angel image,

Watercolouring these images is so much fun. The background paper on the middle card has been made using the Flurry of Wishes set. The two smallest snowflakes were stamped in Versamark, then heat embossed using a mixture of half Dazzling Diamonds and half Gold embossing powder. The result is  beautifully sparkly gold snowflakes!

The other two main images in this set are the Elf and the bundled up chlid (not sure if it's a boy or girl!)

The image on the bundled up card has been stamped in white embossing powder, coloured with a Blender pen and White Craft Ink annd then coloured with inks.

The final project I have for you is my annual Christmas Sampler, using my favourite sets from this year's Holiday Catalogue.

Art with Heart Father's Day Blog Hop

Today some of the Art with Heart Stampin' Up! team girls are presenting some fabulous Father's Day ideas to inspire you. We also have our brand new 2015 Holiday Catalogue available from 1 September, with some amazing Christmas inspiration for you. Be sure to request a catalogue today!

My project focuses on the new Brick embossing folder available in the Annual Catalogue.

First I embossed Tip Top Taupe with the Brick embossing folder. I added the following colours to individual bricks using a sponge dauber, Early Espresso, Tip Top Taupe and Whisper White.

The banner was cut from Lost Lagoon CS using the Banner Framelits, and the DAD was then cut using the Alphabet Thinlits.

The sentiment is from Friendly Wishes and was heat embossed with white embossing powder.

A couple of laps around the top of the banner with Linen Tread and attach with dimensionals and the card was done.

I was so pleased with the results I even put a bit of effort into the inside of the card.

I embossed a small section of the Whisper White CS with the Brick embossing folder and applied the same colours as the front of the card. The sentiment is also from the Friendly Wishes set.

Thanks for hopping by, I hope i've inspired you to stamp up a storm for your Dad this Father's Day, the next stop in the Blog Hop is Ros Davidson

Oh what fun it is to have new toys to play with!
As a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator we get to preorder all of the goodies in the new Holiday Catalogue that goes live on September 1st.
Here are the results of my play with the Delicate Ornament Dies and the coordinating stamp set.

The pic on the right shows the Irridecent Ice Embossing powder used to give a sparkly ornament.

This card was inspired by one I saw on Mary Fish's blog, Stampin Pretty. It uses the Jingle All the Way Thinlits and the Delicate Ornament Thinlits.

Art With Heart Christmas in July Blog Hop

Today some of the Art with Heart Stampin' Up! team girls are presenting some fabulous Christmas projects to inspire you. This year we already have new Christmas sets to play with in the 2015 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue, and some old favourites too. We also have a brand new 2015 Holiday catalogue coming soon. If you would like a copy of any of our catalogues, to attend a Stampin' Up! class or join a large fabulous group of crafty women by becoming part of the team (hobby demonstrators welcome), be sure to contact me.

One of the new sets in the catalogue is Lots of Joy. The tree coordinates with the tree punch and the bauble is cut out with the new 1 1/2 " circle punch.

The colours I chose for these two cards were Blackberry Bliss, Very Vanilla, Gold and Always Artichoke on the bauble card. The tree branches were stamped with the single large tree from Lovely as a Tree, and the baubles were embossed in gold embossing powder. On the second card I used the gold striped vellum from the Gold Fancy Designer Vellum pack, and highlighted my greeting with the Gold Thread.
Here's a closer look,

The next card is a Centre Step card which features the new Christmas DSP called Merry Moments, and again the greeting is from the Lots of Joy set. I think this card will feature at my Mega Christmas Class in Sept.

I hope you are enjoying our Christmas in July Blog Hop, thanks for visiting and now onto the next blog which belongs to Tina Gillespie
