Petal Party

Here's another example of what you can do with a simply scrappin kit.  This one is the gorgeous Petal Party.  I have made a stationary set for Mark's Aunty (she told me she hasn't used it yet cause it's too pretty!).  The set consists of a large notebook, a magnetic shopping pad, a small notebook, a jumbo paperclip and a magnetic bookmark.  All I added was ribbon, the rest came from the kit.

Here's another really cute little project, it looks like a little handbag from the outside....

Open it up.... and it's a gift card holder!  I made a little pouch to slip the gift card into, added a birthday greeting and then attached  some white cardstock to the bottom flap so you can write a message. Pretty cool, hey. The flap is held closed with a velcro dot. I did do a little stamping on this one.

Stamps:  Priceless, Happy Moments (SAB 2010)
Paper:  Petal Party Simply Scarppin Kit, Whisper White
Ink:  Pixie Pink, Old Olive, Versamark
Accessories:  Corner Rounder punch, word window punch, scallop oval punch, 1/4" Pumpkin Pie grosgrain,
Non SU:  velcro dot

And of course you can use it to do some scrapbooking.  I wish you could see this in real life - the letters are so sparkly.  I inked them in White Craft ink, sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds over the top and then set it with the heat gun.

So there you have it - the versatility of the Simply Scrappin Kits.   This month I am doing a share on the Love Sparkles kit, $19.50 for a half a kit.  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.
