Hi there, hope your weekend is going well. Just a quick one today, I wanted to show you my card for the Just Add Ink Challenge # 45. This week it's a sketch challenge. I really needed a break from Christmas stuff - I spent all day yesterday making gifts for the kids teachers, plus I have had this stamp for a while and was pretty eager to ink it up, and I always seem to be low on male cards - lots of reasons. I do find male cards challenging sometimes but not this one it came together really easily. I love the Extreme Elements set - you just can't make a mistake - because it's supposed to look grungy and messy so it doesn't matter what you do. I also cracked open my Cajun Craze ink pad and cardstock and dusted off my rarely used More Mustard. I did the background by pressing the whole versamark inkpad randomly all over the cardstock and for the Cajun Craze strip across the centre I scrunched it into a ball and then flattened it back out before adhering to the base. The Crumb Cake and More Mustard layers got an extreme going over with the Distressing Tool from the Cutter Kit. And by the way, I got my colour combo from the Color Coach, a very handy little tool!
