Just Add Ink Challenge

Hi everyone,
I've done a challenge card from over at the Just Add Ink website.  The challenge this week is all about wheels ie stamped images with wheels, punch art, stampin around wheels, anything circular qualifies.  It was inspired by the Helping Hudson website, a really great cause to help a little 2 1/2 year old boy (who has cerebral palsy amongst other things) named Hudson get a KidWalk which is a special device that will help him learn to walk.  Click
here to visit the website and see all the great things they are offering: competitions, challenges and bundles of tutorials for sale, but be quick, this website only runs until 22nd August.

Anyway, on to the card...  I started with a base of Basic Gray, which I stamped with the Sanded background in Versamark. Next I punched out various sized circles and added a stamped image of the giraffe from the "Animal Stories" set (this one is returning in the new catalogue - yay!)  Then I rounded the corners of the image, ran my pink cardstock through the Big Shot using the Polka Dots Impressions folder and added a couple of brads.  I think it's quite cute, hope you like it too.

Stamps:  Animal Stories, Sanded Background, Short and Sweet
Paper:  Basic Gray, Bashful Blue, Pink Pirouette, Certainly Celery textured, Whisper White
Ink:  Versamark, Pink Pirouette, Bashful Blue
Accessories:  Soft Subtles Brads, Big Shot, Polka Dots Impressions Folder, Punches: Corner Rounder, 1 3/4" circle, 1 1/4" circle, 1" circle

This is so beautiful, Sue! Those soft colours really pop right out against the black. Thanks for playing!
