A Little Handbag

This is my entry for this weeks JAI # 52 sketch challenge.  The first thing I thought when I looked at the sketch was that it looked like a handbag, so that's exactly what I made.  It has turned out really cute and I think one of my girls will like to give it to a friend for their birthday.  I have used my favourite piece of paper from the Sweet and Sour pack - not much of that one left now :(  Oh well, I can always buy another pack, I have vowed to no longer hoard my paper and accessories!

This is the sketch which I squeezed a little and turned into a square because my card looked better that shape.

And this is my card, which measures 10.5cm square.

Stamps:  Crazy for Cupcakes
Paper:  Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie, Very Vanilla, Sweet and Sour DSP
Ink:  Pumpkin Pie
Accessories:  Big Shot, Top Note Die, Subtles Button, Scallop Oval Punch, 1 3/4" Oval Large Punch, 1/4" Pumpkin Pie Grosgrain, Cropodile, Corner Rounder Punch

Thanks for dropping by,

Gorgeous! I'd been very restrained, not buying that paper, but can hold off no longer - it's in this week's order.

It looks gorgeous Sue - just perfect as a handbag and I love the colours - so bright and happy! Kim

This is very sweet!! Love that DSP and how you've turned the card into a cute little handbag.
