Bird Punch Shopping Pad

This little shopping notepad was a lucky door prize at a party I did a couple of months ago.  It has a magnet on the back so you can attach it to the fridge.  I decorated the notepad with the Cottage Wall DSP and the two step bird punch and then packaged it in a cello bag and made a bag topper.  I made the topper by cutting out some pale plum cardstock using the top note die and then ran it through the big shot again using the Impressions Pold Dot Folder, and  finished it off with some Rich Razzleberry Polka Dot ribbon and Sweet Little Sentiments.
