Pocket Silhouettes Chocolate Blue

Here's a card we made at a card class a few months ago, really quick and simple.  We used the Pocket Silhouettes stamp set which is one of my favourites.  I haven't used it for awhile, but after looking at this card, I'm feeling the urge to pull it out and have another play with it :)

I've started out with a base of Bashful Blue and added a piece of Crumb Cake which has been torn down one side and sponged around the edges with Chocolate Chip ink.  Next I've layered a piece of Chocolate Chip on top which was first stamped with the Sanded background to give it a bit of texture and also torn down one side.  Then I've taken a Very Vanilla square stamped with one of the gorgeous images, a greeting, sponged around the edges and mounted  it with dimensionals. To complete the card I've tied some Very Vanilla Taffeta down the side.  It doesn't get much easier than that!

Stamps:  Pocket Silhouettes, Occasional Greetings, Sanded
Paper:  Bashful Blue, Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla
Ink:  Chocolate Chip, Bashful Blue
Accessories:  1/4" Very Vanilla Taffeta, Sponge

Thanks dor dropping by, come back again soon.
