#124- HSS Quilts- Inspiration Challenge

Happy Tuesday!!!  Welcome to another Inspiration Challenge at

Hand Stamped Sentiments!!!

This week our Inspiration Challenge is #124 Quilts

I designed my Quilt to fit on a Scallop Square Easel Card and made a

matching envelope!!!

Stamp set- teeny tiny wishes

Card stock- summer starfruit, soft suede, vanilla, comfort cafe dsp

Ink- summer starfruit, soft suede

Big Shot- scallop square clear die, embossing folder- vintage wallpaper- inked

with soft suede and a brayer

Punches- modern label, scallop oval, word window

Accents- paper piercing, antique brad, faux stitching

To make my quilt-

Cut 4-  1 inch squares with soft suede comfort cafe dsp- cut in half diagonal

Cut 2-  1 inch squares with pattern comfort cafe dsp- cut in half diagonal

Made a 1 inch square template to layer my triangles

Once I had all my triangles in place I embossed my square with the inked vintage wallpaper folder

Paper pierced around my square- and added faux stitching with my soft suede marker- added a piece of

vanilla to the inside with the faux stitching to blend the inside with the quilt pattern

Used the comfort cafe dsp to make a matching envelope.

7 1/2 in square- used my diagonal plate and scored at 3 1/2 on all four sides

Have a perfect envelope for my Quilt card!!!
