I created this page using the Park Lane Desiger Series Paper. I just cut them into wide strips and squares. Super easy. Then added some stamped embellishments in matching colors and it turned out to be a wonderful page. What are you scrapbooking today?

Good morning my stamping friends. It's been a long time since I created a scrapbook page. I really need to get going on my pictures. Today I am sharing the scrapbook pages I made for fundraiser last weekend. Everyone loved them. So if you didn't get a chance to go to the crop and make the pages, here they are:
I used the Flowering Flourishes stamp set to "create" my background paper. It was a fun fall day at the zoo with a friend and the colors here really compliment my photos. Here is a closer look at the individual pages.
And the right page:
I am off to Lansing today to attend a little album class and then the Stampin' Up! Regional tomorrow. I hope to share lots of new wonderful tips and techniques with you. Thanks for stopping by my place. Come back tomorrow for a cute winter card that was inspired by this weeks color challenge.

Good afternoon. I'm sorry it has been a little bit since I last posted. Today I will share with you the scrapbook pages we did at the St. Augustine Fundraiser earlier in the month.
I used a lot of the FREE Sale-A-Bration products, which you can still get for FREE until March 31, 2012. Visit my website here to order. I used the Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper. Behind the photos on the left page and the strip down the right page I used the Music Notes wheel. I also used the Fresh Vintage Stamp set in the corners. I stamped off once with Soft Suede ink to give a softer look. Here is a closer look at the left page:
The picture on the right is a picture I found on the internet about the new baby. I couldn't get a good picture of the baby's face when I was at the zoo, so I had to include that one. I can't wait to go back to the zoo and see how much the baby has grown. Here is closer look at the right page:
The "make my heart sing" was printed on the computer and cut out like a banner. I used my new Serif Essentials Alphabet (thanks to Debbie I.) I tied some lengths of the organdy ribbon around the letter Y to tie in the colors. I love how these pages turned out and I was so glad to get some more of my monkey photos scrapbooked. But you could use this layout and theme for anything. I hope that I have inspired you to do some scrapbooking today. Thanks for visiting my place. Yesterday I started another place-a new blog.
