08/14/17: Summer Fun

Today at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration, we are sharing Summer Card! When I think of summer, I think of ICE-CREAM! This summer in Chicago, I ate so much ice-cream you wouldn't believe it. I am normally not much of an ice-cream person but gosh it's hot out here in Chicagoland. So I pulled out my Frozen Treats Bundle and created this card using some retired DSP/Ribbons. This stamp set is just so much fun to use and there are many stamp layers you can create for your Frozen Treats. I used ice-cream today but you can also do popsicles and other fun treats. To finish the card off I added a cute cherry and ribbon on the bottom. Hope you like my creation today!!

08/04/2017: Case the Design Team Member: Nichole Loe

Today at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration, we are CASEing one of our designer - Nichole! I found a masculine card that I really like and went to town with it. (click below link to her blog/post). As many of you know, masculine is always so hard to create so the best way to is to keep it simple! I used the vintage card for the main focus and added some decorative element around - embossed the paper, some glimmer paper for banners and voila, it's done! Hope you like the card I am sharing today and be sure to check out everyone's creation!

07/31/17: A Show of Gratitude - Thank You Cards

Today at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration, we are sharing gratitude card (thank you card)! In my opinion, you can NEVER have enough Thank You card on hand so I just love making these. I saw a fun technique on Pinterest and decided to try it. You color the white vellum with the watercolor pencil of your choice, and then use blender pen to blend the colors together and cut it out with your desire dies and voila, you have a cute images to use on your card. In this case, I've decided to combine Bermuda Bay & Pacific Point to create a masculine Thank You card using the Detailed Dragonfly Framelits. I hope you like the card I am sharing today and be sure to check out everyone's creation!

07/21/17 - Playing With Punches

Today at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration, we are sharing cards using punches!!! I decided to pull out an old favorite - Sprinkles of Life along with Tree Builder Punch. This stamp set was originally created to raise awareness for Ronald McDonald House and I just love how versatile it is. I stamped the leaves with Old Olive and then use the yellow markers to tape around the images to create some shades color, then I also stamped the bird and color it in with Melon Mambo watercolor pencil. I finished the card by adhering some designer paper, stamped a Happy Birthday sentiment and put the tree image onto a stitched circle framelit and voila, a cute card is created!! I hope you like the card I am sharing today and be sure to check out everyone's creation!

Today at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration, we are sharing our favorite product suite!! I choose the bundle of Oh So Eclectic bundle to use for this, although I didn't get the matching paper for it. This bundle is a new addition to my collection that I got for free for one of my Sale-A-Bration rewards and I am so glad I picked it, the framelits and the stamp sets just coordinate so well with each others and the possibilities are endless, I will be sure to use it many more times on my creation! I used of the background images and ink it up with the same color as the cardstock to create a tone on tone look and also added a silver glimmer paper flower, doesn't it just look stunning. This care is also a CASE of a card they demonstrated at On Stage event. I hope you enjoy the card today and be sure to check out everyone's creation!
