New Thumping Technique- Check it out!

Hello! Welcome back for my second day of shares! This next card we made was made with a favorite, I don't own yet, stamp set. I had borrowed it from Leanne awhile back to make cards for swaping in March. I said, "If it stays in the cataloge, I'm getting it!" I guess I'd better order it, cause it's still here.....
This card also uses a "new" technique! Check it out.

The colors used are so pretty together. The "Thumping Technique" is so simple, this is how we achieved the look on the flower.
Using the Pink Pirouette Marker, I colored the entire flower head, then takinking a darker color, we used Melon Mambo, tap it randomly over the flower, here, there, everywhere! Each flower will come out differently, depending on how much or how little you "Thump"! With a green marker, color the stem, "Huff" on the stamp and press to cardstock. Add a sentiment, then finish off with Dazzling Details or Dazzling Diamonds. We used the Diamonds and boy is it sparkly!

Stamps: Blooming With Kindness
Markers: Basic Gray, Pink Pirouette, Melon Mambo, Garden Green
Cardstock: Basic Gray, Pink Pirouette, Whisper White
Basic Pearls

Thanks for stopping by, and I do hope you give this fun technique a try!
See you tomorrow!

gorgeous! Thumping is one of my favorite techniques. So simple to do but it looks like you've put uber effort into it.
