It's Tuesday!

Well it's another beautiful day in Central Saskatchewan. We have been spoiled rotten with beautiful weather this past week but I hate to admit we do need some rain again soon! We should be at the lake dipping our feet into the water. Oh to be a kid again! As I walked the dog last night through the neighborhood and saw all the sprinklers going that was my exact thought! Oh to just kick off your shoes and run!
Ok, enough of that day dreaming and onto the card for today.
We made this at this months card club and I and everyone else loved it!
I cased it off the internet and it was a super easy card to make, and my first ever window card!

Stamps: NONE!
Cardstock & DSP: Wisteria Wonder,Delightful Daisy, Clear Window Sheets
Lovely Words Thinlit Dies, Two sided tape, Tombow Glue,Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen

I cut the front of the card so the top flap is 2" and the bottom piece is 1", the Window Sheet was cut at 2 1/2" so there is enough room to glue onto the inside of the flaps. I love the colors and the paper is so pretty.
Thanks for stopping by today, check back again soon!

Mailable Monday!

Welcome to another Mailable Monday.
I have been experiencing problems posting so will be on the phone after work today with Stampin Up!
I have lots to share but it took me 10 x's to get what little I posted yesterday, so here it goes..

Stamps: Colorful Season
Cardstock & Ink: Watercolor Paper,Pear Pizzaz,Fresh Fig,Whisper White

I cased this from the internet and I believe there was a video to follow. This is a watercolor technique that is so easy to do. Ink up the maple leaf, spritz with water and stamp, repeat! It gives the finished leaf that mottled look. Then you follow it up with the veins of the leaf stamp! So easy and simple.
I hope you like todays share. Wish me luck, I should be back tomorrow.

Sunday Share!

What a gorgeous day! The sun is shining and the sky is blue! A perfect day to be out watching a ball game or 2. My daughter is playing in a slow pitch tournament this weekend and in the finals this afternoon so I will make this a quick post.

Wood Words Hugs!

It's Tuesday and I have an awesome cards using the, you guessed it, Wood Words Stamp set. I simply love the flower stamp in this set as you will soon be able to tell!
I cased this card from another SU Demo. I loved it so much I made 2 more to send to my Swap Sisters. I hope they like them!

I used the Wood Texture Designer Series Paper Stack. I love this paper, it really is so easy to add texture to a card. I embossed the stamped flowers with White Embossing Powder. I also die cut the HUGS from the Lovely Words Thinlit Dies. I love this die set!! I finished it off by painting the HUGS with the clear Wink of Stella Brush so it's all sparkly! Love it! That pink is the brand new Powder Pink from the New In Color, so pretty and looks awesome with Early Espresso.
Thanks for stopping by! I have much more to share so please stop by again.

Mailable Monday!

Welcome to another Mailable Monday! I have so many cards to share I just haven't had the time to sit down and post them all.
I will try to catch up this week.... Behind, the story of my life!
I have a real cute, quick card to share with you today. I totally cased this card, and used the Sympathy saying from the Rose Wonder stamp set, but you could use any sentiment and it would be lovely.

Stamps: Rose Wonder,Wood Words
Cardstock: Night of Navy, Crumb Cake, Vellum Cardstock
Ink: Night of Navy, White Gel Pen, Versamark
White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Stiched Framelits, Big Shot

I love this new stamp set, I have made quite a few cards with it. You will see them in the coming posts. I'll try to mix them up a bit so you can actually see other stamp sets.
I had gotten this one free at our Calgary OnStage meeting in April. We had used it on our Make n' Takes, at the end of the day we got to pass the container around and pick an item... three times around and I got the Wood Words stamp set, Crumb Cake & Early Espresso Ink pads!! Bonus!
Thanks so much for stopping by, check back tomorrow for Two for Tuesday!

Mailable Monday!

Hello and welcome to another Mailable Monday!
I had planned on posting all weekend, but that obviously didn't happen!
I spent time in the craft room getting ready for tomorrows last Card Club of the season.
I am still hoping to get my order before Tuesday night, I am really cutting it close! I am so excited to receive my box of new product....Happy Birthday to me! Haha!
So for todays card, I made a few cards in case the Golden Box doesn't arrive and I have to have something new to share with the ladies. I love the Colorful Seasons stamp and Die set. I have made a few cards so far and love the versitility of this set.
I cased todays card from Cindy Elam. It is slick and simple and also used the High Tide stamp set.

Just Breathe... I wish I was at the lake right now!
Thanks for stopping by! Now I have to go back to creating!!
Happy Monday!

Two For Tuesday!

Hey! It's Tuesday and you know what that means! Two cards for you today.
I made these cards last month using the now retired Tasty Treats DSP. I loved this paper, they offered it as a freebee at the end of Saleabration so I got 2 packs and man do I love it! I made a double page Scrapbook layout that I will share once I am done embelishing it.
Here are the cards I made.
The first one we made for Card Club. I am so happy the Cool Treats Stamp Set and the Frozen Treats Framelits carried over into the new Catty!

This second card was cased from one of my favorite Canadian Demos, Alison Okamitsu. I actually got to meet her in Calgary and I went Fan Girl on her and Shannon Lane, I love their styles so much!
This is a shaker card that uses the now retired Sprinkles Embellishments, tiny sequins and pearls, but you can use whatever you have on hand! And most of all have fun!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! The sun is shining and life is good!
Have a fabulous day!
