Butterfly Basics Framelits!

Good Morning! It's Saturday! So excited, my plan today is to finally taking down the Christmas tree and decorations. We only put up a third of the normal decorations this year so with all hope it should go smoothly.
I am sharing with you today the New Butterfly Framelits and the secret to quickly punch out all the annoying pieces in the procces.
You are going to place the following on your Bigshot platform in the below order and trust me you will be cranking out these babies in no time!
Bigshot Platform
Clear Plastic Base (1)
NEW Dryer Sheet
Cardstock
Wax Paper
Framelit
Clear Plastic Base (2)

Now run this through the Bigshot and the majic happens. When you remove the Framelit, the butterfly cutout will remain on top of the dryer sheet. Peel it off and most of the pieces will stay there, the others fall out easily.

Here are the ones I made in no time for my six Swap cards.

You are going to love this set, I can't quit using it!
Thanks for stopping by, check back tomorrow to see what else I created with these little cuties!

New To Me- Bokeh Technique

Hi! Welcome back to another picture tutorial. First thing to tell you about Bokeh, is that it is actually a camera/picture technique that blurrs the image and the light turns into dots, it is so pretty, go ahead and google some images. On my SU site I can visit is full of cards using this technique. It is so easy to do and each card is different.
Start with watercolor paper, wet it down with a paint brush then add your ink with a clean paint brush each time. As the paper dries, it will be lighter, so don't worry.

These are the colors I used on the paper. Next you will see the paper as it dries.

Then I made a mask with different sized circles with a transparency window sheet and circle dies on the Big Shot. From here I sponged on Whisper White Craft Ink. The last step, using your sponge dauber, press circles all over your paper.

After the sponging.

Then I assembled my Card!

The only difference is that on this card, I used the Illuminate Ink Pad not the White Craft ink that is shown in the previous pictures!
The white makes it look more like bubbles on the card.
I also used the New Butterfly Basics Framlit Bundle and A Dozen Thoughts stamp set.
Thanks for stopping by today, I have just received my first Secret Sister Swap card yesterday that I must share with you so stay tuned!

Wondrous Wreath Gift Tag

Hello! Just a quick share for you today. I made this tag last weekend. It started out to be an ornament with the plastic dome, but then I didn't think ahead! I don't think the dome would have held to the doily??!! So it became a tag that can still hang on the tree.

Stamps: Wondrous Wreath & Framelits
Ink & Cardstock: Pear Pizzaz, Whisper White, Garden Green, Versamark
Cherry Cobbler Embossing Powder & Dazzling Details
Big Shot, Doily, Twine, Snail Glue

My last years favorite Gift Tag

I still love this little guy, he's hanging on the tree where I can always see him! He makes me smile!
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful Sunday!
