Open House Fun

Friday was my Open House for the new Summer Mini Catalog.  Twenty wonderful ladies attended and I was reminded of one of the reasons why I love this job so much - getting to meet and become friends with so many different women.  I feel blessed to have every one of my customers in my life and to have had the chance to get know them so well.  I love inviting them into my home as they have all become so much a part of my family's life.  I appreciate how they interact with my kids and show genuine care towards us.  So, if you are one of those customers reading this - thank you, thank you, thank you!  I enjoy you all so much!

Anyway, enough of my hormonal blabbering!    :)   At the Open House, the ladies stamped 2 free cards that used new Summer Mini Catalog products.  I'll show pictures of those another day.  They also snacked, shopped, viewed new card samples, got entered into the Door Prize Drawing and Mystery Hostess Drawing, and signed up for upcoming classes.  Everyone enjoyed a trifle I had made and I promised that I would repost the recipe here on my blog.  It is one that I previously posted after my annual Hostess Appreciation Party, so you can all view it on my old post dated September 24, 2010.  (The easiest way to go back and find this is to click through the calendar that is on the side of my blog posts.)

Now, here is the Door Prize basket that everyone got at least one ticket for if they attended.  They got more tickets for RSVPing early, signing up for classes, placing orders, etc.

It was filled with stamp sets, a Simply Sent kit, a pack of Designer Paper, and a Simply Scrappin' kit with matching buttons and ribbon.
Here is Aria drawing the winner -

And, the winner is -

Debbie Van Howe!!!!

Now, everyone also had the chance to be entered into the Mystery Hostess Drawing.  For a Mystery Hostess Event, I combine all the orders from the evening, and the woman whose name gets drawn gets to be the Mystery Hostess and earn the free hostess benefits from all those orders!  For every $25 in merchandise ordered at the Open House, the ladies received a ticket to place in the Mystery Hostess bucket.  Well, the Open House orders totaled $689.05!  So, this super lucky Mystery Hostess gets the free benefits of 3 hostess only stamp sets and $85 to spend in any catalog!  AWESOME!!!

Here's Roland drawing the winner -

Aria was yelling, "No peeking Roland!"  As if he could read anyway.  And then, "You pulled out too many Bubby!"  She takes it VERY seriously!     :)
And . . . here's the VERY lucky winner -

Audreina Spahr!!!!!
Audreina, contact me to pick your free stuff!  And thanks again to everyone who attended.  I truly enjoyed it!
